Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Sandwiches Are The Perfect Treat For Warm Early Fall Days

Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Every season has its own special and iconic food. For summer, aside from watermelon, the most preferred and iconic food for the warmer days is ice cream. You will find all kinds of ice cream flavors during summer days, whether you’re a vanilla or chocolate fan.

Compared to summer, autumn’s most famous food (or flavor) is pumpkin. Any kind of food or drink that you can think of, you can find it pumpkin spiced. Whether it’s tea, pies, pretzels, smoothie, coffee, cake, cereal, protein powder, protein bars, soups, Greek yogurt, puddings, or granola bars, you can find almost anything either spiced or with actual pumpkin inside. Additionally, pumpkins are the sign of Halloween which also comes in fall.

If you are a fan of both foods, then you’re in luck. What if I told you that there’s a combination between the summer’s and autumn’s iconic foods for the end of the summer days (or the warmer autumn days)? Because these days are warmer, making yourself a pumpkin spice latte or soup might overdo the warmth. Instead, why not try pumpkin spiced ice cream?

Whole Foods Market is planning on releasing a new brand of ice cream. The ice cream will be an organic pumpkin pie ice cream sandwich and it will come in a box of six. The price of the box will be $4.99 and it should be on the shelves at the beginning of September. It will be available throughout the entire fall. Each sandwich contains 180 calories and three grams of protein, making it healthy aside from its deliciousness.
